The ventilator consists of two-stage ventilators operating separately in series connection. The structure type of the ventilator shall be explosion-proof, noise-eliminating and double-stage axial-flow type for mining, and R+Simpeller system is adopted. It consists of the current collector, Stage I ventilator, Stage II ventilator, Stage I guide vane section, Stage I impeller, Stage II guide vane section, muffler diffusion tube, motor, engine base and other parts, as shown in Figure 1. The ventilator shell and structural member are welded with steel plate, the inner barrel is welded with the orifice plate, and it is lined with the noise-eliminating material; the motor is connected in the ventilator against the rabbet flange, and the air duct is constituted between the motor shell and the inner wall. Meanwhile, the quick joint is installed between Stage I ventilator and Stage II ventilator and between Stage II ventilator and muffler diffusion tube, so as to facilitate disassembly and install the spare fan.
