FBS series explosion-proof press-in double-stage axle-flow local ventilator for mining is the new-generation product developed in connection with actual situation of coal mine driving ventilation of our country, coal mining features, requirements for local ventilation. The ventilator can significantly improve reliability in local ventilation of the gas mine, reduce unplanned wind stop of the driving face, and guarantee safe driving ventilation.

The ventilator consists of two-stage ventilators operating separately in series connection. During simultaneous operation of two stages, requirements for long distance driving ventilation can be satisfied. The ventilator has compact structure, and the space occupied in the roadway is small; the ventilator has multiple groups and operation modes, which is favorable for the user to optimize configuration of local ventilation equipment and improve equipment utilization rate.
Another feature of the ventilator is to adopt the quick assembly and disassembly structure. The fault segment can be removed with the quick joint and the new backup ventilator can be installed within the shortest wind stop time (i.e., the time before gas concentration rises to the lower limit of explosion).
The structure type of the ventilator shall be explosion-proof, noise-eliminating and double-stage axial-flow type for mining, and R+Simpeller system is adopted. It consists of the current collector, Stage I ventilator, Stage II ventilator, Stage I guide vane section, Stage I impeller, Stage II guide vane section, muffler diffusion tube, motor, engine base and other parts, as shown in Figure 1. The ventilator shell and structural member are welded with steel plate, the inner barrel is welded with the orifice plate, and it is lined with the noise-eliminating material; the motor is connected in the ventilator against the rabbet flange, and the air duct is constituted between the motor shell and the inner wall. Meanwhile, the quick joint is installed between Stage I ventilator and Stage II ventilator and between Stage II ventilator and muffler diffusion tube, so as to facilitate disassembly and install the spare fan.
