FBD series explosion-proof press-in type
FBD series explosion-proof press-in disrotatory axle-flow local ventilator for mining is the new-generation product developed in connection with actual situation of coal mine driving ventilation of our country, coal mining features, requirements for local ventilation. The ventilator can significantly improve reliability in local ventilation of the gas mine, reduce unplanned wind stop of the driving face, and guarantee safe driving ventilation.

FBD series explosion-proof press-in disrotatory axle-flow local ventilator for mining is mainly used for press-in local ventilation in coordination with the air duct under the coal mine.
(1) High efficiency: FBD series local ventilator has excellent design and advanced process. The ternary fluid design is adopted for the blade, the airfoil is twisted, and the area of the high-efficient condition area of the ventilator is large, so that the local ventilator is always within the scope of high-efficient work.
(2) Low noise: disrotatory direct drive is adopted for FBD series local ventilator. Compared with the old ventilator, the guide vane device is reduced, the ventilator pressure is increased, the air flow direction is rationalized, and the air friction sound is reduced. The wrapped compound muffler device is adopted for the shell, the operating noise of the whole machine is low, it has the feature of super low noise, and has significant effects in changing the noise environment in the underground restricted space.
(3) The wind pressure is mild, the surge phenomenon is tiny, operation in the region with high wind pressure and small flow is also stable, the underground air supply distance is long, and adaptability to the complicated roadway is strong.
The series of fan consists of the current collector, primary host, secondary host, motor, noise silencer and other parts, and the body and structural member are welded with the steel plate. Direct connection of the motor and the impeller is adopted, which has reliable transmission, simple and compact overall structure, simple use and convenient repair.
