1. The technical approach of the charger is non-controllable rectification technology, which is realized by adopting the super high power inverter technology. The key technology refers to high-power power electronics technology and embedding control technology. Compared with the traditional charger, it has small volume, light weight, high efficiency, intelligence and rich protection functions. Protection of the intelligent charging mode on the battery is also greatly improved.
2. The product is applicable for charging the battery of various electrical locomotive for mining and other equipment of 15t and below with charging voltage less than 300V and charging current less than 100A.

The square shell structure is adopted for the charger which has small volume and light weight, so as to facilitate movement and repair. It consists of two explosion-proof chambers.
1 The main explosion-proof chamber is installed with IGBG, rectifier bridge, transformer, main control board and other electrical components, and the heat pipe is adopted for natural cooling.
2 The display screen and three function keys are installed on the front door.
3 The wiring chamber is at the upper part, there are four horns at the left and right in total, and there are two compression nuts in the front for secondary line to pass in and out.
