1. The flameproof and intrinsically safe vacuum feeder switch for mining (hereinafter referred to as the switch) is mainly used in the coal mine and in the environment with explosive gas including the methane and coal dust mixture. In the line with AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 660V or 1140V, current 630A, 400A, 200A and below, it can be taken as the main switch or branch of the power distribution system, and can also be taken as the large-capacity motor for infrequent start.
2. The microcomputer monitoring protection device ZBK-3TE is adopted for the switch as the core control unit, which is integrated with short circuit protection, overcurrent protection, leakage protection, selective electric leakage, electric leakage locking, under-voltage protection, wind electricity locking, gas power off locking and communication interface. During normal protection, it can display the operating voltage, operating current, setting value of the operating current of the switch and other parameters of the electricity grid in Chinese. In case of short circuit, overcurrent, electric leakage, under-voltage, gas concentration overlimit and other failures, it can automatically cut off the circuit, and display and memorize the failure cause. Meanwhile, the switch is locked. It can be closed for power transmission after fault clearing and manual resetting. The switch shall be provided with simulated electric leakage, overcurrent, under-voltage, electric leakage locking and other test functions. It shall be provided with three-phase symmetrical electric leakage and electric leakage locking protection as the main switch, ad is the backup protection for branch switch leakage protection; it shall be provided with selective leakage protection and electric leakage locking protection functions when taken as the branch switch.

1. The sliding quick-open explosion-proof shell with innovative design is adopted for the feeder switch, which has small volume (modular), compact and reliable internal structure; simple and convenient operation; the explosion-proof performance shall conform to requirements in GB3836.2 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 2: Explosion-proof Enclosure 'd'.
2. The advanced microprocessor and large-capacity new chip are adopted for the protector, plus high-precision data processing and advanced protection algorithm, the protection precision is high, and the reaction speed is fast. It has multiple protection functions of short circuit (two kinds of phase-sensitive protection and current amplitude protection), overload, electrical degree measuring, overvoltage, under-voltage, three-phase unbalance, phase failure, electric leakage locking, leakage protection, selective leakage protection, wind electricity locking, gas locking and so on.
3. Full Chinese display of current time, three-phase current and electricity grid voltage, insulation resistance, closing and opening state, failure information and so on.
4. RS-485 or CAN communication interface can be equipped for connection with the monitoring system according to users' demands.
5. The communication interface and the remote control circuit shall be intrinsically safe, and conform to requirements in GB3836.4 Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Part 4: Intrinsic Safety 'i'.
The overall structure of the protective case consists of the explosion-proof chamber and wiring chamber.
1. The explosion-proof chamber consists of the front door, chamber, rear explosion-proof flange and so on.
a) The Chinese display observation window convenient for observation and operation buttons of closing, opening, resetting, overload, electric leakage, displacement, confirm and adjustment are arranged on the front door.
b) PLC protection device and various protection signal sampling elements are installed in the chamber.
c) The explosion-proof chamber at the rear of the explosion-proof chamber can be subject to flange connection with the wiring chamber of the mobile substation (dry transformer).
2. Three terminals of the main circuit and two seven-core terminals for control loop wiring shall be installed in the wiring chamber. There are two pressure plate type cable lead-in device at the left and right sides of the wiring chamber respectively, two M42 compression nut lead-in device are installed in front of the wiring chamber, which can be used for external control wiring.
3. The door opening mode of the protective case has the quick-open structure, and the safe mechanical locking device is arranged.
a) Release locking before door opening, turn off the isolating switch to cut off the working power, the vacuum circuit breaker at the high voltage side is tripped, and the next operation can be conducted.
b) Power transmission work can be conducted after door closing.
4. The full Chinese backlit LCD shall be adopted in the protective case, and parameter setting, data monitoring, historic record query and other operation can be conducted through the operation button installed on the front door.
V. Electrical features
Three-phase current signal, system voltage signal and additional DC voltage signal are directly connected with PLC. PLC analyzes and processes the digital signals of three-phase current, system voltage and insulation resistance according to the parameters preset, so as to complete short circuit, overload, electric leakage locking, leakage protection, overvoltage, undervoltage and other protection actions.
The protective case shall send the signal of normal and abnormal operation at the low voltage side to the vacuum switch at the high voltage side through closing and opening of PLC output relay Q0.0, so as to realize control of the mobile substation.
