Aiming at the problem that the gas density in main lane is out of limit due to “one-off” firedamp drainage because of constant-speed revolving of the ventilator, Huaxin Electric Co., Ltd. successfully develops the flameproof and intrinsically-safe speed regulation device with dual frequency and dual power for ventilators (hereinafter referred to as the dual-frequency BPJ).
The dual-frequency BPJ is designed as two integrated and independent flameproof boxes. It has two sets of relatively independent frequency conversion control systems and integrates them with the switch control system of dual microcomputers. The dual-frequency BPJ can simultaneously control two ventilators, which can be mutual backup, or master-slave. These two sets of frequency conversion control systems can automatically regulate the revolving speed of the ventilator based on the gas density change, and supply air as required; in addition, under the circumstance that the gas density is not out of limit, they can arbitrarily and automatically switch with flexible and diverse, safe and reliable switching modes; thus the continuous air supply for working face can be maintained so as to ensure safe firedamp drainage. Because both main and standby fans can realize the purpose of adjusting air quantity based on gas density, the problem of huge energy loss caused by full-load constant-speed revolving of ventilator is solved comprehensively with very obvious energy-saving effect.
