The YB Series Preinstalled Transformer Substation is a compact power distribution unit that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. It is used in the urban high-rise buildings, urban and rural buildings, residential areas, high-tech development zones, medium- and small-sized factories, mines & oilfields, temporary construction power and other places to receive and distribute electrical energy in the power distribution system.
The YB Series Preinstalled Transformer Substation can be matched with the intelligent monitoring terminal, so as to meet requirements for distribution network automation of the Power Department.
When the intelligent cabinet-type substation is accessed according to ring network power supply, under distribution network automation system management, it can complete automatic positioning of failure section, failure removal, load transfer, network reconfiguration and other functions, so as to guarantee recovery of power transmission within a short period.
Outline selection of all series products includes non-metal, color steel plates, stainless steel plates, carbon steel plates, landscape box type transformer and etc.

1. This product consists of a high-voltage power distribution device, a transformer and a low-voltage power distribution device. It is divided into three function compartments, which are a high-voltage chamber, a transformer chamber and a low-voltage chamber. The high-voltage chamber has complete functions, and the HXGN□-10 Loop-network Cabinet or KYN28-12 Middle-placed Cabinet constitutes the primary power supply system of the high-voltage chamber. Ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply and other power supply modes can be arranged, and the high-voltage measuring element can also be installed, so as to meet requirements for high-voltage measurement. The transformer can be S9, S10, S11, other low-loss oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformer. The transformer chamber is arranged with an automatic forced air cooling system and a lighting system. The low-voltage chamber can adopt either a panel structure or a cabinet-mounted structure according to users' requirements to constitute the power supply scheme. The low-voltage chamber includes functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering, so as to meet different requirements from users, facilitate power supply management of the user, and improve the quality of power supply.
2. The high-voltage chamber has a compact and reasonable structure and a comprehensive anti-misoperation locking function. Each chamber has an automatic and forced lighting device. In addition, all elements selected for the high-voltage and low-voltage chambers have a reliable performance and a convenient operation, so that the product has safe and reliable operation and is convenient for operation and maintenance.
3. Natural ventilation and forced ventilation are adopted. Good ventilation and cooling are achieved. The transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber are arranged with ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fan is arranged with a temperature detection device, which can be automatically started and closed according to the setting temperature, so as to guarantee that the transformers operate at full load.
4. The cabinet structure can prevent entry of rainwater and dirt. It is made of hot galvanized color plates or rust-proof aluminum alloy plates, and is subject to anti-corrosive treatments. It has the conditions for long-term outdoor use, such as anti-corrosion, waterproof and dust proof. It has a long service life and an artistic outline.
