SCB10 cast resin transformer

The cast resin transformer refers to power transformer of which winding is enveloped with solid insulation. The epoxy resin is taken as the insulation materials for the epoxy resin dry transformer. The high- and low-voltage winding is wounded with the copper strip (foil), and epoxy resin is cast in vacuum for curing, constituting the high-strength fiber reinforced plastics structure. The insulation class includes Class F and Class H. The epoxy resin dry transformer has the features of good electrical performance, strong resistance to lightning shock, strong anti-short circuit ability, small volume, light weight and so on. The temperature display controller can be installed, and the operating temperature of the transformer winding is displayed and controlled, so as to guarantee normal service life of the transformer.
