The GGD AC Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet is a Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet which is designed based on the principles of safety, economy, rationality and reliability. It is widely applied in the power plants, substations, factories and mines, high-rise buildings and other power consumers. In the power distribution system with 50Hz AC , 380V rated operating voltage and up to 3150A rated current, it is used for power lighting, capacitance compensation, and electrical energy conversion, distribution and control of power distribution equipment.

1.The cabinet of the GGD cabinet is a universal type. It is formed and assembled through local welding of 8MF cold-bending section steel, the framework parts and other matching parts are supplied by the entrenched manufacturer of section steel, so as to guarantee cabinet precision and quality. The cabinet parts are designed according to the module principle, which has 20-die mounting holes, and the universal coefficient is high.
2.While designing the GGD Cabinet, the heat dissipation problem during cabinet operation has been taken into consideration. There are slot holes of different quantities at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot holes. However, the cold air is constantly supplemented into the cabinet from the slot holes at the lower end, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top, reaching the purpose of heat dissipation.
3.According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling and design, GGD cabinet adopts the golden section method to design the cutting size of the cabinet body shape and parts, so that the whole cabinet is artistic and generous, taking on an entirely new look.
4.The cabinet door is connected with the framework through the living hinge of the revolving shaft, so as to facilitate installing and disassembling. A mountain-shaped rubber and plastic rod is embedded at the folding edge of the door. There is a certain compression stroke for the panel strip between the door and the framework when the door is closed, which prevents direct collision between the door and the framework, and meanwhile improves the door protection level.
5.The instrument door installed with the electrical components is connected with the framework with the multi-strand soft copper wire. The mounting parts in the cabinet and the framework are connected with the knurled screw, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.
6.The orange-shaped polyester baking paint can be selected as the top coating of the cabinet with strong adhesion force and good texture. The whole cabinet has a matte tone, so as to avoid the dazzling effect, and create the comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
7.The cabinet roof can be removed if required, so as to facilitate assembly and adjustment of main bus on site. Four corners of the cabinet are installed with hoisting rings, which are used for lifting, lowering and shipment.
